There's nothing quite like farm fresh food. The vendors of the Main Street Saturday Market will once again bring their fresh fruits, vegetables, breads, meats, and flowers to the downtown square in Murfreesboro, TN every Saturday from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM starting the first weekend in June until the last weekend in October.
Each summer, I go to the Saturday Market to pick up fresh peaches, straight from the farm beef and salmon, fresh baked breads, and plenty of vegetables to spruce up home cooked meals. In addition to discovering new tastes and types of food, purchasing directly from farmers supports local farming. And although it's only my opinion, I think that farm fresh food tastes so much better than anything purchased in a supermarket!
